I am the eldest of 6 children, with 4 brothers, so I have been teaching since I was very young. Teaching at The Dragon and having brothers has helped me to relate to boys.

I am an enthusiastic person, who has lots of passions and interests. In summer I grow some vegetables and flowers. I have many of my paintings on the walls and pupils love it when a new one is put up. I cook almost all my food myself and enjoy eating. I walk with my dogs in the woods and by the sea daily and love to be outside in nature. I read for at least an hour each day.

I am athletic and fit. I have participated in many sports – skiing, water-skiing, golf, tennis, squash, bodyboard surfing and coached tennis, squash, water-skiing and swimming. I now enjoy gentle paddle boarding and do Qigong.

I am a very positive, can do sort of person. I have led an interesting life and enjoy myself. I love my teaching and my pupils. It is such a joy to see them fulfilling their true potential.
